Effective February 1, 2008, Housing Assistance Council (HAC) established new procedures in the processing of loan fund disbursements. Funds will no longer be held in escrow/trust accounts for extended periods of time. Whenever the borrower is requesting direct payments or reimbursements for site development, the borrower must submit the "Application and Certificate for Payment"(click on link to access file) executed by the borrower, contractor/vendor, and, when applicable, the architect.

Servicing

Effective October 1, 2003 (quarter ending December 31, 2003), all borrowers will be required to use the new reporting format for all active loans. The revised quarterly loan status report is now available for download in a Microsoft Word and PDF (fillable). Please read all instructions before completing the report. Please disregard all previous reporting forms. Only the new reporting form will be accepted.
