USDA RD National Office Staff Changes Announced for Single Family Housing
David Villano, who has long overseen USDA Rural Development's single family housing programs,
has been named Assistant Administrator for Telecommunications, effective on January 7, 2008. He is moving from Rural Development's Housing and Community Facilities Programs to its Rural Utilities Programs.
Philip Stetson is taking over Villano's housing duties as
Acting Deputy Administrator for Single Family Housing. While he is in that post, his former position is being filled by Mchael Feinberg, now the Acting Director of the Single Family Housing Direct Loan Division.
