Update April 8, 2008. Both houses of Congress have passed resolutions setting spending guidelines for fiscal year 2009 (October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2009). The resolutions are available at http://thomas.loc.gov/home/approp/app09.html.
Many members of both houses have signed letters to their Appropriations Subcommittees supporting FY 2009 funding for USDA housing programs.
