The
Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations has determined that the rental
units on the property identified above constitute a human health hazard under ch.
254, Stats., for the following reasons:

There are
numerous violations of the state plumbing code, described in detail below in
the attached order and affidavit.

There are numerous violations of the state
electrical code, described in the department's letter of October 20, 1994
and my separate letter of today's date (copies attached).

The units do not have smoke detectors as
required by ch. ILHR 28, Wis. Adm. Code.
-
The units have broken or missing doors and
windows which expose the residents of the rental units to cold weather.
-
The units are infested with cockroaches.
